John Kelting
This is the web site of artist John P. Kelting (aka “JP”). John was born with Down syndrome, but that hasn’t dampened his spirit or artistic talents. Take the time to visit his Bio, read the two articles published in Portland newspapers, and then look at the examples of his work through the links below. He has basically taught himself the techniques used to create the work you see here. Judge for yourself that his talents are truly remarkable.
